| 03785 | ROUTE_WOODSVILLE_LIGHT | Localized municipal program — NHSaves and NHEC do not apply. |
Overlapping-town protocol: towns split between the NHSaves utilities, NHEC, and municipal departments force the provider-check UI at intake — the provider on the customer's bill decides the route.
Validation Gates
| Provider | Account Layout (Regex Mask) | Behavior |
|---|---|---|
| Eversource NH | 11- or 13-digit numeric string beginning with 5 (e.g. 51234567890) | Confirms the NHSaves route. |
| NHEC Co-op | Hyphenated alphanumeric member account (e.g. 123456-001) | An NHEC layout entered in an NHSaves field auto-triggers a route modification to the co-op program. |
R-410A safe-drop gate: any equipment string or AHRI combination using R-410A refrigerant hard-drops the NHSaves, NHEC, and municipal rebate payout to $0 (refrigerant_blacklist: R-410A — REJECT_PAYOUT_DISPLAY_0).
